Welcome to our easily accessible villa in the southwest of Cape Coral! This tastefully furnished oasis features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as an additional pool bath accessible directly from the terrace. The combined air conditioning/heating system ensures pleasant temperatures all year round.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, mixer, and much more. An electric disposer for food scraps is also available. The laundry room provides a washing machine, dryer, additional sink, vacuum cleaner, and ironing facilities.
Entertainment is at the forefront with a 65" Smart TV in the living room, 55" Smart TV in the master bedroom, 55" TV in Bedroom 2, and a 40" Smart TV in Bedroom 3. Free Wi-Fi is of course provided. A safe secures valuables, and a portable telephone with answering machine is available.

Additionally, plenty of folding chairs, a parasol, and a large cooler are available for free use for beach picnics or boat tours.
For families, we offer free baby equipment such as a table clamp seat, high chair, travel cot, baby rocker, and stroller. A safety system consisting of sturdy electric and manual shutters provides optimal protection against Florida's storms.

Our villa offers you the highest level of security, especially regarding hurricanes. The house is constructed in solid masonry, and the roof is firmly connected to the concrete ring on the masonry. The shallow slope and short roof overhangs minimize the wind's attack surface. Additionally, we have equipped the entire house with high-quality hurricane shutter systems.
